bazi Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

bazi is an online entertainment betting and casino platform providing services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing our platform and creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are using this platform of your own judgment and free will.
• All information you have provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You have read and understood all clauses of these Terms.
• You are fully responsible for all activities on your account.

bazi reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account on our platform:

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and other identification details provided at registration must be accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. bazi will not be responsible for any consequences arising from sharing your password with a third party.
• The account is non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone else.
• If any account details change, the support team must be notified immediately.

bazi reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account for any reason, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The following provisions apply to financial transactions on bazi:

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum of ৳100 can be deposited through each method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Each withdrawal request must be a minimum of ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• The same method used for deposit must be used for withdrawal.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, bazi reserves the right to initiate a verification process and may hold the relevant funds if necessary.

bazi does not accept payments from third parties. Withdrawals must be made to the same number or account from which the deposit was made.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bazi offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Wagering Requirement: For the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) must be met.
• Each bonus has its own specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after the validity period ends.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active — unless otherwise stated under special conditions.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, bazi reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per person, household, address, or device.

bazi reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

The bazi VIP program has 5 levels, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP level advancement depends on the user's overall activity and participation on the platform. Withdrawal conditions may apply to cashback benefits. bazi reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

6 Prohibited Activities and Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bazi platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of exploiting the bonus system (Bonus Abuse / Collusion).
• Use of any form of hacking, manipulation, or fraudulent software.
• Unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime.
• Allowing minors to operate an account or betting on their behalf.
• Creating an account using a false or fake identity.

In the event of any of the above violations, bazi reserves the right to cancel the account, forfeit funds, and take applicable legal action.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, logos, and other elements of the bazi platform are the exclusive property of bazi.

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the platform without prior permission from bazi is prohibited.
• No content from the platform may be used for commercial purposes.
• Game software is the property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own license terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

bazi is not liable in the following cases:

• Any loss caused by third-party server or network failure.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Loss caused by the user's internet connection or device-related issues.
• Service being stopped or changed due to legal changes.
• Force majeure — if service is disrupted due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

bazi's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount of the relevant transaction.

13 Account Closure and Termination of Agreement

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. bazi may also close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• The user's own request.

All bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure. However, genuinely deposited funds will be returned subject to fulfillment of the Terms.

14 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed in accordance with international online gaming regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through the relevant legal framework and established international dispute resolution procedures. Bangladeshi users are themselves responsible for complying with locally applicable laws.
